We are happy to announce that Professor Kramer presented at the Academy of Management Conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in August 2026. Her presentation, titled "Invisible Labor: How Infertility Treatment Creates Hidden Workplace Demands for Working Women," examined the gendered workplace challenges, uncompensated demands, and hidden labor associated with navigating infertility medical treatments while maintaining employment.
