Seung Deok Seo is a Ph.D. Student in the Department of Political Science. Seung Deok Seo’s research examines how shared organizational identity among women’s rights NGOs in Jordan fosters cooperation despite donor-driven competition. Using interviews, it investigates mechanisms linking identity formation to inter-NGO cooperation.
