Soodeh Mansouri, a PhD student in Sociology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a GRID student, recently presented "From Sidewalk to Global Feed: Women's Video Activism and the Politics of the Body in Iran" at the 2026 American Sociological Association Annual Meeting, in the session "Body Politics, State Power, and Resistance," organized by the Sociology of the Body and Embodiment Section.
